How long does delivery take?+
We deliver within 2–5 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai) typically receive orders in 2–3 business days.
How do I find my order number?+
Your order number is in your confirmation email or the WhatsApp message we sent after your purchase. It starts with # — enter just the digits (e.g., 3530) in the tracker above.
What is your exchange policy?+
We offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery. The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
How do I initiate an exchange?+
WhatsApp or email us using the contact buttons on this page. Share your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for — we'll arrange a pickup.
What can I exchange for?+
You can exchange for any other product in our current collection at an equivalent or higher value. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I change my delivery address?+
Address changes are only possible before your order is shipped. WhatsApp or email us immediately using the contact buttons on this page, with your order number.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?+
Check with neighbors and your building security first. If still not found, WhatsApp or email us within 24 hours of the delivery update with your order number — we'll investigate with Delhivery.
